Olympics

We are learning about the Olympic Games.

WALT skim and scan information to answer questions about the Olympics. 

I liked rugby becas I play rugby and it is fun and they won a medal and  fiji won but  we came 2nd and they were sad.  Fiji said good game.  

Our Place, Our Stories topic

We have been learning about the taonga in our school and community. We have also been learning our pepeha. I have been practising my  pepeha everyday. I am going to say it to my class. This is our school pou when it was carved in 2005. This is Sir and Jada and the man who carved the pou.

Legends Assembly

I had butterflies in my tummy and Daniel went up and said his part it was time but my part was on a TV. After that I was embarrassed . We stood up and we played on drums and sang on our knees. The girls done poi and children were laughing. 

Jordan and kieran done their part and they neede food they had dry shell fish so then they went to steal kumara well not steal borrow the village found out and attacked and he ran and ran and ran te houtaewa got home and gave the kumara to his mum.
